Hello Steps followers. I am thrilled to be a part of this incredible organization! I have been in this industry for the past 4 ½ years and have acquired many different styles of training through my different experiences. Steve and I have been great friends since we were young. My initial inspiration came from Steve’s experience after the fall. Seeing him incapacitated for 3 months was tough because I grew up seeing him excel in athletics and physical activity. When he came up with the idea for Steps for MS I immediately thought it was a great idea. I have incorporated a lot of the different styles of fitness training I have learned into these workouts for Steve. I hope you all enjoy the workouts that Heidi and I have developed for Steve. Some of the notable places I have really developed my training technique include:

– Boston Sports Club. I took my clients through intense strength circuits and they saw great results. I was really able to develop great sales techniques and make the emotional connection with clients in order to see why they were starting off in the condition they were in.

– Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning. I obtained the most knowledge from Boyle’s by far. I helped train professional and collegiate athletes by taking them through challenging Strength and Conditioning circuits. Working here really developed me into the trainer I am now. It steered me in the direction of Strength and Conditioning because I realized that the combination of cardio, plyometrics, and strength training are all great when combined the right way.

– Get In Shape for Women. This all women’s studio is where I currently am training. I have been here for a year and have been able to apply everything I have learned into training these women. We have seen some incredible results in the past year including a woman who lost 55 pounds in 2 ½ months! The staff here is great and the women work very hard with me!

    Hello Mike,
    I am so glad to work out with you at Get In Shape For Women in Belmont. It has been truly an incredible journey of determination, collaboration but most of all a growing friendship. Each time we met just made me realize how far my aging body could be challenged and hearing your encouraging words made me more determined to follow through. I value your continued friendship looking forward to training wherever we can find the time to do so. I sincerely hope we will stay in touch..
